NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police released surveillance footage on Monday of a suspect wanted in the fatal stabbing of a woman last week in the Bronx, authorities said.
Just after 9:30 p.m. on Friday, July 7, police received a 911 call of an assault in progress at White Plains Road and East 220th Street in Olinville, officials said.
Upon arrival, police discovered a 39-year-old woman with stab wounds to her torso.
EMS transported her to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi where she was pronounced dead.
There have been no arrests made and the investigation is ongoing.
