NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is searching for a man sought in a robbery that occurred on an Upper West Side subway station last week, authorities said.
At approximately 1:15 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1, a 26-year-old woman was on the northbound B/C train platform inside of the 86th Street-Central Park West subway station when she was approached by the suspect.

Police said the suspect stole the victim’s purse from her hands before fleeing.
