NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police on Thursday released a photo of a man wanted in the attempted murder of another man in a shooting on a Bronx street last week.
It happened at 12:40 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10, at the intersection of White Plains Road and East 219th Street in Olinville, authorities said.
According to officials, a 35-year-old man was approached by the suspect, who displayed a firearm and discharged one round, missing the victim.
The suspect fled the location on foot, in an unknown direction.
The sought individual is described as a male approximately 18 to 25 years old. He was last seen wearing a black durag, white shirt, black pants, black and white sneakers and was carrying a black backpack.
