NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking to identify two suspects caught on video beating and robbing a teen of his sneakers inside Bronx deli over the weekend.
The incident occurred at approximately 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 13, inside the Florinda deli-restaurant located at 2701 Decatur Avenue in Fordham Manor.
According to officials, a 17-year-old boy was approached by the two suspects who began to punch and kick the teen about the body then threw baking flour and butter on him, and forcibly removed his sneakers from his feet.
One of the suspects then removed a knife from behind the bodega counter and stabbed the victim one time in his abdomen.
EMS transported the victim to Saint Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
The suspects fled in an unknown direction.
