NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Authorities on Friday released surveillance footage of two suspects wanted after a 16-year-old boy was shot and later died earlier this week.
At approximately 2108 p.m. on Monday, June 17, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in the vicinity of East 162nd Street.
Upon arrival officers observed Alberto Roque with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS transported Roque to NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln in critical condition. He was pronounced dead on Tuesday, June 18.
There have been no arrests made and an investigation remains ongoing.
