NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating a double shooting on a Queens street that left a teen dead and another man wounded Sunday evening, authorities said.
Just after 6 p.m., officials responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 231-08 148 Ave. where officers found 18-year-old Tysheem McDonald shot in the chest.
McDonald was transported to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A 24-year-old male was also struck in the leg during the shooting.

He was transported to Jamaica Hospital by private means, where he remains in stable condition, the NYPD said.
There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
