VIDEO: Suspected thief wanted for stealing man's wallet inside Brooklyn subway station: police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD is searching for a suspect who pickpocketed a man's wallet inside a Brooklyn subway station last weekend.

The incident occurred at 1:50 a.m. on Jan. 29 at Van Siclen Avenue Station as the 51-year-old victim waited on the platform for an A train.

The suspect approached and snatched the man's wallet from his back pocket, which contained $300, his ID and bank cards.

Police said the suspect fled on foot topside.
