They stuck up the store at 839 East 149th Street in Woodstock around 3:20 p.m. and drove into Manhattan with the stolen electronics, authorities said.

It seemed like they might have made a clean break, but the thieves slammed into a police car at 96th Street and Third Avenue before speeding off onto FDR Drive, according to the NYPD.

When police pulled them over on the highway they tried to run, but were caught and arrested, police said.
