NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police said an NYPD traffic agent was arrested Wednesday night after he was observed sitting in a car with his genitalia exposed.
Siraj Doulah, 59, was arrested in the Bronx and charged for obstructing governmental administration, public lewdness and disorderly conduct for obscene language and gestures, authorities said.
