NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – Police on Friday released footage of a trio of suspects accused of beating and robbing a teen boy on a Queens subway platform earlier this month.

At approximately 7:44 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, a 16-year-old boy was waiting for the southbound R train at the Elmhurst Avenue train station platform in Elmhurst, when the three suspects began punching and kicking him repeatedly in the face.


One of the suspects forcibly took the victim's property and cash.

The suspects fled the subway station on foot to parts unknown.

The victim was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst in stable condition.
