NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police released a photo of the suspect accused of sucker-punching “Ghostbusters” actor Rick Moranis in broad daylight near Central Park this week.

NYPD surveillance video shows the attack on an Upper West Side sidewalk Thursday morning.
Law enforcement sources confirmed to 1010 WINS that the victim was Moranis, 67, known for his roles in “Ghostbusters,” “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids,” and “Little Shop of Horrors.” Sources said the attack was considered felony assault.
Police said the victim was walking on Central Park West, near W. 70th Street, around 7:20 a.m. when a man came up to him and punched him with a closed fist, knocking him to the ground.
NYPD video shows the suspect, who is wearing an "I Love New York" hoodie, swinging his fist at the victim. The victim falls to the sidewalk and the suspect walks away.
Police said the victim suffered pain to his head, back and right hip and was taken to an area hospital by private means for evaluation before reporting the attack to police.
