NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- President Joe Biden touched down in New York City and New Jersey Tuesday to survey the damage that the remnants of Ida dealt to the region. Biden met with lawmakers and residents of Queens and Somerset County, New Jersey whose homes and livelihoods were affected by the tremendous rainfall and tornadoes that came last week.
