NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two men robbed a Brooklyn cellphone store last week making away with hundreds of dollars and store merchandise, police said.

The incident happened on Oct. 18 around 5:30 p.m. when the two thieves entered a Metro by T-Mobile store at 825 Van Siclen Avenue in East New York, authorities said.

One of the men held a gun to a 30-year-old employee’s abdomen while the other stole about $866 from the register, according to officials.

The duo then demanded the employee let them into an employee-only area where they stole the woman’s purse with about $400 inside, cops said.
