NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man was attacked on an MTA bus in the Bronx after he was bumped into by one of two men police are searching for in the assault, the NYPD said Wednesday.
The 50-year-old victim was aboard a Bx30 bus at East Gun Hill Road and White Plains Road in the Williamsbridge section on the evening of Jan. 15 when two men boarded, according to police.
One of the men bumped into the victim, sparking an argument aboard the bus, police said.

The dispute escalated and the two men began punching the victim repeatedly, according to police. Video shows two men pummeling the victim, who appears to be carrying crutches.
The two men fled the bus at Boston Road and Bruner Avenue, police said.
The victim suffered pain and swelling to his face and was treated at the scene by EMS. He later sought medical attention at Montefiore Medical Center.
