NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for the suspect who stole $1,116 from a Brooklyn McDonald's as he was paying for his order on Friday.
The thief was caught on a surveillance camera waiting to pay inside the McDonalds on Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn around 1:49 p.m. as he made his cash grab, police said.
As the cashier opened her register to accept the suspect's payment, he can be seen reaching over and stealing the cash as the workers look on.
The suspect ran off and fled into a dark grey Nissa Rogue, police said.
No injuries reported.
