NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man was caught on video slashing an NYPD patrol car's tire in Brooklyn early Tuesday morning, police said.
The man walked up to an NYPD car parked near the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Emerson Place in Clinton Hill around 12:10 a.m. on Tuesday and slashed its driver-side tire, the department said.
He fled the scene on foot after he slashed the tire, the NYPD said.
The man has dark hair, a tattoo on his right hand and was last seen wearing a baseball cap with "KISS" on the front, glasses, a denim jacket, a black shirt, black pants and Nike sneakers, police said.
