NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A thief was caught on camera allegedly swiping a Gucci bag and two pairs of designer sunglasses from a parked, unlocked BMW SUV on Staten Island, police said Saturday.
The crook ultimately made off with about $2,000 worth of property when he broke into the car in front of 100 Marion Avenue, in Tompkinsville, on Thursday, Sept. 9, around 12:20 a.m., according to police.
Cops released a video of the suspect Saturday morning, asking for the public's help identifying him.
The man was last seen with a full beard, dressed in a multi-colored short-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers, police said.
