NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – The NYPD released new video Monday as a manhunt intensified for a would-be rapist who allegedly attacked a 75-year-old woman outside a Brooklyn cemetery last week.

The video is the second released by the NYPD since Thursday morning’s attempted rape outside Holy Cross Cemetery in East Flatbush.

The victim was tackled to the ground from behind and placed in a headlock by a man around 6:30 a.m.

“I will rape you,” he reportedly told her as he forced her to the ground at Tilden Avenue and Brooklyn Avenue.

He attempted to sexually assault her but ultimately fled westbound on Tilden Avenue, according to police.

The victim was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County in stable condition.

Last Friday, the NYPD released video of the same suspect walking down a sidewalk in the area.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
