NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Gov. Kathy Hochul and state Attorney General Letitia James will be joined by Vice President Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton at a “Get Out The Vote” rally in Manhattan on Thursday.

The “New York Women GOTV Rally” will be held at Barnard College in Morningside Heights less than a week before New Yorkers head to the polls for the midterm elections on Tuesday, with both Hochul and James on the ballot.

While James is favored to beat Republican challenger Michael Henry, some polls have shown Hochul in a tighter-than-expected race with GOP Congressman Lee Zeldin.

Thursday’s 5 p.m. rally will be hosted by Columbia University Democrats.

Just last week, President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden joined Hochul in New York.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin have stumped for Zeldin in recent days.
