NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A pair of moped-riding thieves robbed a woman near a subway stop in Brooklyn, police said Tuesday as they released video of the suspects.
The 40-year-old victim was standing outside a building at 18th and McDonald avenues in Kensington—right by the 18th Avenue F train stop—around 8:55 p.m. on Jan. 1 when the duo rode up to her.
As they drove past, one of them quickly snatched her pocketbook and they sped off, police said.
The woman was not physically injured in the robbery, according to cops.
