NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Thursday released surveillance footage of a man wanted for elbowing a woman in the face in an apparent random attack in the Bronx earlier this week.
It happened at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 19, in front of 2880 Jerome Ave. in Jerome Park, authoriteis said.
According to officials, the suspect approached a 67-year-old woman and struck her in the face with his elbow then fled on foot northbound on Jerome Avenue.
The victim refused medical attention.
