Woman, 74, arrested for murdering her husband in their Queens home

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 74-year-old woman accused of fatally stabbing her husband in their Queens home on Friday night was arrested, according to the NYPD.

Lai Chun Ho was charged with murder and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon at about 3 a.m. Saturday, police said.

The arrest comes after officers responded to a residence at 23-37 120 St. in College Point at about 11:45 p.m. on Friday after receiving a 911 call reporting a person stabbed.

Upon arrival, officers found Kuen Tat Ho, 76, with multiple stab wounds to the head, back and torso.

EMS rushed the victim to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The murder scene is listed by police as the address for both the alleged killer and victim, and sources confirmed to 1010 WINS that the pair were spouses.

The circumstances surrounding the alleged murder were not immediately clear.
