
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Cops are searching for a woman who attacked a 64-year-old skateboarder in the East Village last month, leaving him with a "severe" injury.
The NYPD released images Wednesday of the suspect in the Sept. 2 attack at East 14th Street and Avenue A.
According to police, the woman and the skater got into an argument, during which she whacked him over the back of the head with an unknown object.
The blow caused a "severe laceration" on the victim's head, police said. He was taken by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where he was listed in stable condition.
The suspect fled down East 14th Street and hasn't been seen since.
