NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Wednesday released a photo of a suspect wanted in connection with an assault on a woman aboard a Queens subway train Monday evening.
Just before 6 p.m., a 40-year-old woman was on a northbound F train approaching the Roosevelt Avenue Jackson Heights subway station when she was approached by the three suspects.
The suspects proceeded to punch the victim in the face before fleeing the station on foot to parts unknown.
The victim suffered swelling and bruising to the face. EMS transported her to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital in stable condition.
