NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A Manhattan woman was arrested on hate crime charges Tuesday for allegedly torching a Pride flag outside a SoHo restaurant and scrawling “Jesus is King” on NYPD cars in Tribeca.

Angelina Cando, 30, was arrested on charges of arson as a hate crime, criminal mischief as a hate crime and reckless endangerment as a hate crime, police said Wednesday.

Investigators believe she’s the woman who exited an SUV and set fire to a Pride flag emblazoned with the words “Make America Gay Again” hanging outside the Little Prince restaurant on Prince Street early Monday morning.

The fire spread and caused exterior damage to the building, police said. No injuries were reported.

She’s also suspected of writing “Jesus is King” on two police cruisers outside the NYPD’s First Precinct stationhouse on Sunday night, according to multiple reports.

For that incident, she faces charges of making graffiti, criminal mischief and criminal possession of graffiti instruments, ABC News reported.

Little Prince posted an image to Facebook of a new Pride flag hanging outside the restaurant captioned with the word “Defiant.”
