NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A woman was slashed in the face late Tuesday night at a subway station on the Upper West Side, according to police.
The victim was at the southbound A line platform at the 125th Street Station when a man attacked her at around 10:55 p.m.
The suspect slashed the victim in the face and fled on foot after the assault, according to police.
The victim was taken to St. Luke's Hospital with a slash wound and is now in stable condition, police said.
The suspect remains at large.
An investigation is ongoing.
