BAYONNE, N.J. (1010 WINS) -- Officials charged a 39-year-old man for running an illegal drug business from his New Jersey home, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
After an investigation, members of the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Narcotics Task Force arrested Eddie Milner at his home in Bayonne on June 7.
Authorities search his residence seized psychedelic drugs including approximately five grams of 2C-B, a small quantity of DMT (dimethyltryptamine), an undetermined quantity of LSD.
There were 123 grams of MDMA, or ecstacy, and 12 marijuana plants.
Milner's charges include maintaining a drug production facility, a first-degree crime; separate possession with intent to distribute counts for marijuana, MDMA, 2C-B, and LSD.
