ESSEX COUNTY, NJ (1010 WINS) — A man was found shot to death on a hiking trail in West Orange, the Essex County prosecutor's office announced Saturday.
Several hikers were at Eagle Rock Reservation on Friday when they came upon a man's body near the West Orange and Montclair border, authorities said.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 2 p.m., police said.
The identity of the victim has yet to be determined and authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Essex County Prosecutor's Office tips line at 1-877-TIPS-4EC or 1-877-847-7432.
