NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The White House on Tuesday afternoon released a memo from President Trump's physician Dr. Sean Conley, who said that the commander-in-chief continues "to report no symptoms," a day after returning from Walter Reed Medical Center, where he sought treatment for COVID-19.

"This morning the President's team of physicians met with him in the Residence," Dr. Conley writes of Trump. "He had a restful first night at home, and today he reports no symptoms."

He continued, "Vital signs and physical exam remain stable, with an ambulatory oxygen saturation level of 95% -97%. Overall he continues to do extremely well. I will provide updates as we know more."

Trump was admitted to Maryland's Walter Reed Medical Center on Friday and was discharged Monday night. His return to the White House was not without controversy though: He took off his mask after walking to the top of the stairs.
