PASSAIC, N.J. (1010 WINS) — A 6-year-old boy was found dead in his home in Passaic, New Jersey on Tuesday morning, the county prosecutor’s office announced.
Officers from the Passaic Police Department responded to the home in the vicinity of Aspen Place and State Street at about 8:30 a.m. after receiving reports of an unresponsive child.
Upon arrival, the officers found the boy dead. His identity was not released.
No other details were immediately provided.
Prosecutors said that the investigation is ongoing.
