ENGLEWOOD, N.J. (1010 WINS) -- A New Jersey man was arrested Thursday on allegations using intimidation to interfere with reproductive health services providers -- and it's not the first time he's been prosecuted for similar behavior.

Daniel Courney, 37, of Bergenfield, has been charged with two counts of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, which protects those seeking and providing reproductive health services.
According to officials, on Oct. 16, Courney approached a patient arriving by car at a reproductive health clinic in Englewood.
As a volunteer provided directions, officials said Courney approached the vehicle, told the patient to “save your child” and shoved the volunteer away to prevent providing directions.
Two weeks later on Oct. 30, Courney allegedly approached the same volunteer as they escorted a patient inside the clinic.
As they approached the front door, Courney moved himself between the two, and shoved the volunteer toward the street.
Courney appeared in court Thursday and was released on $50,000 unsecured bond.
According to the Daily Voice, Courney is a self-described Christian missionary who was arrested earlier this year for allegedly using a drone to look into the office of an abortion doctor.
Detectives said Courney had “purposely” followed the doctor for months, putting them in fearful their safety.
He was then arrested again in August for allegedly violating a restraining order after returning to the same office.
Courney has called himself a “slave of Christ” on his Facebook page. In a post Wednesday, Courney claims that when an FBI agent asked if he had any aliases, he said, "BATMAN” and said “I am a weapon” when asked if he had any weapons on him.
Courney also posted a lengthy video of his visit Saturday, calling it the "baby butcher shop."
