PATERSON, N.J. (1010 WINS) -- A New Jersey man sent and received child pornography via Facebook chat, prosecutors say.
Devin Luis Ramos-Artigas, 26, of Paterson, was arrested and charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child last week, the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office said in a press release.
Ramos-Artigas "utilized the social media platform Facebook to engage in a chat wherein he requested, received and sent videos of child pornography," Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes said in a statement.
Some of the videos Ramos-Artigas exchanged depicted children as young as 4 years old, prosecutors said.
Ramos-Artigas' attorney information wasn't immediately available Friday.
