HACKENSACK, N.J. (1010 WINS) -- A Hoboken-bound NJ Transit train rammed into a car in Hackensack Wednesday morning, officials said.
The crash happened around 8 a.m. at Clinton Place on the Pascack Valley Line, a NJ Transit spokesman confirmed.
The spokesman added that driver, a woman whose identity was not released, was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
None of the 60 passengers on board suffered injuries.
According to the NJ Transit's Twitter account, the crash caused 30-minute delays on the line.
Update: Pascack Valley Line rail service has resumed in both directions and is subject to up to 30-min. delays following an earlier motor vehicle strike in Hackensack. NJ TRANSIT rail tickets and passes are being cross-honored by NJ TRANSIT and private carrier bus.
