NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The manufacturers of Excedrin have recalled over 433,000 bottles due to bottles having holes on the bottom of them.
The recall was issued by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) on Wednesday asking consumers who have purchased large-sized Excedrin of a 50 count and above to check their plastic bottles for holes that are likely to be around the base of the bottle.
The hole in the bottom would compromise its safety feature to prevent the risk of a child accessing or swallowing a caplet or geltab.
The company noted that this is not a consumer-level recall.
