NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A Long Island man was arrested last week after allegedly stalking a teen girl on five days, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
Justin Sullivan, 26, of Levittown, allegedly followed a 16-year-old girl with his 2013 gray Nissan Rogue as she walked home from school in Wantagh between Oct. 4 to Oct. 11, police said.
Sullivan drove past the victim numerous times on five different days and would wave at her while laughing, police said.
On Oct. 10, Sullivan was observed operating his vehicle and parked in front of the victim's home, according to police.
Following an investigation, detectives arrested Sullivan at his home.
Sullivan is charged with stalking.
