NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. (1010 WINS) -- A taxi driver died in Westchester early Thursday morning after being found on the ground shot in a parking lot, according to police.

Police said just before 3 a.m. Thursday, a man was found lying in the parking lot of Juliano’s Caterers on Main Street in New Rochelle.
Officers found the 62-year-old man with two apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim, identified as Andres Valenzuela, of New Rochelle, was transported to a hospital and pronounced dead.
A co-worker told News 12 that Valenzuela was about to head home after his shift with Express City Taxi, and had his personal car parked outside the caterer.
