NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- New York City is entering a stretch of warm, sunny weather that's forecasted to last through next week.
The warmup began Friday, when the high was set to reach a sunny 65 degrees in Central Park.
Saturday will be sunny, breezy and beautiful with a high of 66, according to AccuWeather.

Sunday will be cloudier and chillier as highs struggle to reach 60—but the mercury is set to skyrocket next week.
Highs will be about 77 on Monday, and they'll likely reach the low 80s on Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednesday's high could even approach the record of 87, set on April 15, 1941.
According to the Central Park Conservancy, cherry blossom trees are now in full bloom as spring settles in across the Tri-State.
