Boomer & Gio's Moment of the Day 7/13/21: Pulse of the What?

Was Al Dukes short-changed by the Pulse of the People Award Committee?

That’s the question the boys investigated this morning in what turned into a historic Moment of the Day, where Boomer re-lived Al’s 911 call about the dogs fighting in Matawan and the crew ended up throwing shade at their former partner.

The final line of that 911 call drew a big laugh from the crew, as they made fun of the way Al said “okay,” and Boomer wondered if not getting credit for that is why Al was perturbed over his elimination.

“I submitted that, but unfortunately, that was not this past year,” Al said.

“We had to wait for one of the committee members to get out of jail,” Boomer shot back, to which Al said, “curious how there was a two-year hiatus there!”

And then, Gio, the man who took over for that committee member (allegedly), shot the dagger.

“During that two-year hiatus, it was Pulse of the Penitentiary!”
