Athletes have all kinds of ways to psych themselves up and prepare for activity. For Gregg Giannotti, well, he had to “go to a different place” on Friday when he had to block Shaun Morash from trying to sack Boomer.
“I really was light-headed…I had to put myself in a different place to get that done. That’s the South Shore in me,” Gio said.
“That and Izzo blurring out the various butt cracks was hilarious,” Al responded.
Gio lauded Shaun for doing the “fat guy move” of tucking in his shirt and pulling up his shorts before action, but that led to Boomer critiquing the Oompa Loompa-ian figure of Mraz.
“It shows he has that lump between his belly button and his junk,” Boomer said. “What do you call that?”
Gio’s deadpan response for what he later said was commonly known as FUPA: “The Man-quator.”
