“Whether or not you want to escape it, the 2023 Jets represent the most anticipated New York sports season of all-time – and I don’t, because now you have the pop culture, amazing historic culture, infiltrating the Jets here,” BT said, likening it to The Sopranos. “We’ve never had this, and you know what? We probably never will.
“I want to be fair about this – I don’t know, and I’m not saying that the anticipation will match the results. That's a different conversation,” BT said. “That’s not what I'm saying. What I’m saying is that entering the season, the amount of eyeballs, the amount of energy, the amount of clicks, the amount of conversations about the New York Jets, is at an absolute all-time high in this city. We have never seen this, we have never had this.”
