Evan knows that the Jets playoff hopes have all but vanished, but he badly wants a Gang Green victory on Friday to stick it to a team, and a fanbase, that he openly despises.
So, to begin Wednesday’s show, Evan called for a Jets win while ripping the Dolphins in the process.
“Our pride is on the line,” Evan said. “My sports hatred for the Miami Dolphins and everything about that franchise, from its dopey head coach to their disgusting fanbase…we cannot lose to that franchise.
“We cannot have Mike McDaniel…and those obnoxious fans walk in, take over our building, and embarrass us.”
Evan is already scarred by watching Chad Pennington and the Dolphins clinch an AFC East title with a win over the Jets in East Rutherford, having been forced to hear the many Miami fans in attendance celebrate the win. He doesn’t need another celebration like that on Friday, when he will once again be in the building.
“I can’t stand this franchise,” Evan said. “Their franchise hasn’t won a postseason game in two decades, but they talk down to us like we’re the losers.”
