The NBA Draft is in three weeks, and the Knicks are reportedly discussing making a move before taking their pick at No. 11.
According to SNY's Ian Begley, New York is "open to a trade" that would result in a higher pick, possibly using their 42nd pick as well.
Per Begley, the Kings at No. 4 and the Trail Blazers at No. 7 are teams that could consider moving down in the draft.
The draft will be the start of another crucial offseason for the Knicks after failing to make the playoffs last year, following a magical run the year before in which they earned the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference. With a young core of RJ Barrett, Immanuel Quickley, Obi Toppin, and others, the draft will be another opportunity to solidify their foundation for the future.
