Ranger fans received some good news on Monday courtesy of head coach Gerard Gallant, who told reporters that Ryan Strome is expected to be available for game four in Tampa on Tuesday night.
Strome was hit by a light crosscheck in the back during game three and immediately left the ice and went to the locker room, and after a brief attempt to come back for a shift later in the period, left again for good with what New York called a lower-body injury.

But Gallant says the team should have its second line center on the ice for game four.
“He should be fine to go tomorrow,” Gallant said, via Mollie Walker of the New York Post, adding that he “fully expects” Strome to play.
Without Strome on the ice, the Rangers coughed up a 2-0 lead and a chance to take a commanding 3-0 stranglehold on the Eastern Conference Final series. Instead, Strome and company will look to avoid a 2-2 series tie heading back to New York.
