Doc Rivers has been dismissed by the 76ers after once again failing to close out a playoff series, meaning the former NBA champion is out there for the taking.

Tiki, who said the Knicks should move on from Tom Thibodeau in the event New York couldn’t get past the Heat, floated the idea of the ‘Bockers replacing Thibodeau with Rivers.

“Doc is a very interesting head coach,” Tiki said. “He’s got a championship, hasn’t always been known as an elite play caller, but he connects generally well with his teams. If the Knicks moved on from Thibs, would Doc fit here?”

BT didn’t take long to emphatically oppose the idea.

“He’s the biggest choker in the history of coaching,” BT said. “Nobody has blown more 3-1 series leads than that guy. And forget about game seven. In game six, did you know Joel Embiid didn’t touch the ball in the final five minutes? That’s on the coach.

“He wouldn’t even enter my radar of possibility. No wy. Mark Jackson before him, Budenholzer before him.”
