Prologis, a Bay Area logistics real estate company purchased the land for $310 million. The company previously purchased the land of the shuttered Hilltop Mall in Richmond.

The park is expected to operate for the next 11 years and cease operations at the conclusion of the lease. Cedar Fair purchased the land back in 2019 from the city of Santa Clara and intends to use the money in the purchase to help reduce its debt.
