On Wednesday Netflix announced that 'Stranger Things' creators Matt & Ross Duffer have launched Upside Down Pictures with several big projects on the way.

As hype for 'Stranger Things' is at an all-time high after the conclusion of season 4, the Duffer Brothers have much more coming in addition to the fifth & final season of their most popular show. Among what they have planned are a live-action spin-off series that won't be based on any of the current characters, but will be in the same universe as the hit show.

A stage play that takes place within the world & mythology of the series is coming from director Stephen Daldry & producer Sonia Friedman, who've worked on plays like 'The Book of Mormon' & 'Harry Potter & The Cursed Child'.

Outside of 'Stranger Things,' the Duffers will be taking charge of a new 'Death Note' TV series. Netflix previously released a live-action 'Death Note' film that was not well-received.

As for the final season of 'Stranger Things,' the two are confident in how it will all wrap up, but there's a lot left to be decided once the writers reconvene.
