The General has done it again. He’s cracked the code on another BBQ recipe and he’s ready to pass it along.
There are 2 big keys in here that are things people don’t always talk about with ribs and plus everything else you’ll need to do to take your ribs to Premier level and Gavin will explain both in the video.
In smoke at 250 for 2 hours.
Wrap them in foil with butter and apple juice another 90 minutes at 250.
Unwrap and put back on the pit until they are done. Time can vary from 3.75-6 hours depending on how thick the ribs are and what exact temperature your pit sits at.
Wait until they are done (internal temp 195-200). Sauce em. Set the sauce. And serve.
