The Cowboys began their voluntary OTAs this week at The Star and Micah Parsons was noticeably absent. While Parsons says he plans to attend mandatory OTAs next week, this week's absence is still turning heads. Is his absence setting a bad example given recent leadership criticisms of Parsons?
