Every Friday night at 10, host Amber Star takes us back to a different year in music history--and this time were taking a deep dive into the year 1971.
That was the year the voting age was lowered from 21 to 18 with the 26th amendment to the constitution, Disney World opened, and cigarette ads were banned from TV.
On television, new shows include Columbo, The Electric Company, and Let's Make a Deal! At the movie theatre, popular films included Fiddler On The Roof, Billy Jack, Shaft, and Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory.
What was blasting out of our car radios? Tune in Friday night to find out!
