Isn't it great that live local music is back?
This week's playlist featured a lot of artists that you can go see during the upcoming week.
"Kid Charlemagne" by Steely Dane. See them Friday night at the UW Memorial Union, or Saturday at Atwood Fest. The festival is trimmed down this year. It's in the United Way parking lot on Atwood Ave. starting at 2pm Saturday.
"Hurricane" by Natty Nation. They're at Atwood Fest on Saturday.
"Sticky Heart" by The Earthlings. At the Bur Oak Friday night.
"Get Me Outta Here" by Hollow Bill. A new artist for The Local Hour. Their album is called Poets and Neckties.
"Lover's Dynamite" by Sean Michael Dargan. He's at Pooley's on Saturday.
"Home Again" by The Jeffrey James Show. He's at Lisa Link Park on State Street on Thursday.
"Naked Next To You" by Mike Droho. He was our first Project M champ. He's at the Breakwater on Monona on Sunday.
"Hippie Boyfriend" by Anna Laube. From Pool All The Knowledge.
"Bones" by Ida Jo. The title track to her new album.
"Runaway Train" by the Rousers. See them at Atwoodfest on Saturday.
"Too Hot To Boogie" by Paul Flipowicz.
"On The Road" by the Siegel-Schwall Band.
"Save My Soul" by Kelsey Miles. She'll be playing outside the Sylvee Saturday at 6pm. Free!
"Soul Shiny Day" by VO5. They'll also be at Atwood Fest.
"Didn't Leave Me No Ladder" by Paul Cebar. From Live From Studio M, Vol. 2.
